Returns/Cancellations
To minimise product returns/cancellations we have done our utmost to provide you with an in-depth size chart, and measuring guide. If you are unsure of your size, please read through the size guide carefully, and if you are still not sure, get in touch and we will do everything we can to assist you.
If you still wish to cancel/return your order after purchase, you have the right to do so for up to 14 working days after delivery. The items must be in their original condition, with packaging, and/or all tickets and tags still attached.
To cancel your order, please write “Cancel Order” on the invoice, and return the whole package to our UK returns address (please contact us for the address). We advise you to send the parcel by registered post and ensure that it is strongly packaged. If items are lost or damaged in transit, we will be unable to give a refund.
After receiving the parcel we will refund your account (excluding the original shipping costs) within 7 days.
Postage
Shipping is from South Asia. We send via a registered courier service with on-line order tracking capabilities. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days. Shipping is included in the price for all our shirting, plimsolls and ties; at the moment there is no additional postage charge on checkout for these items. Postage charges will be incurred for all other products.
