Xmas Shipping/Returns
To make your shopping easier, we have extended our returns period for the Christmas period. Items purchased from wearetuktuk.com and despatched during the period from November 1st, 2011 to December 20th, 2011 inclusive may be returned at any time before midnight on January 31st, 2012. Our returns policy will revert to the standard returns policy for items purchased after December 20th, 2011.
All orders placed between the dates 19th - 27th December will be dealt with and despatched from the 27th December onwards. We will be taking a much needed holiday!
Returns/Cancellations
To minimise product returns/cancellations we have done our utmost to provide you with an in-depth size chart, and measuring guide. If you are unsure of your size, please read through the size guide carefully, and if you are still not sure, get in touch and we will do everything we can to assist you.
If you still wish to cancel/return your order after purchase, you have the right to do so for up to 14 working days after delivery. The items must be in their original condition, with packaging, and/or all tickets and tags still attached.
To cancel your order, please write “Cancel Order” on the invoice, and return the whole package to our UK returns address (please contact us for the address). We advise you to send the parcel by registered post and ensure that it is strongly packaged. If items are lost or damaged in transit, we will be unable to give a refund.
After receiving the parcel we will refund your account (excluding the original shipping costs) within 7 days.
Postage
Depending on stock availability we will either post your order from the UK or Sri Lanka.
We charge the standard UK rate for shipping, and send via Royal Mail. Delivery time is approx' 1-3 days for UK orders, and 3-5 days for overseas orders.
If we are out of stock at our UK office, we will send your order from our Sri Lanka office. When shipping from Sri Lanka, we send via a registered courier service with on-line order tracking capabilities. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days. We don't charge you extra for this service; you will still be charged the flat shipping rate as if your order was sent from UK.
Bespoke Shirts
All Bespoke Shirt orders are individually handmade by a tailor in Sri Lanka. We send these orders via a registered courier service with on-line order tracking capabilities. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days. Worldwide shipping is a flat rate of £7.
